We would like to introduce you to a young man called Callum Stoakes-Bolton, In June 2016 just as his school where leaving for the summer holidays Callum’s mum “Carly Bolton” contacted Breathe for Cameron and asked our permission if her son could do a fundraiser to raise some funds and awareness for the charity, although permission is not required to set up a fundraiser it did allow us to enquire about his plans as its nice to find out what the public have planned. Its especially heart warming when you actually find out why he is doing it.

Callum suffers with asthma and wanted to do something to not only raise funds for the charity but also raise awareness of the condition. Its not very often you get such selfless acts of kindness from those so young but Callum is in fact one of those children. He spent the next few months pestering friends, family and anyone else who would sponsor him. July 2016 and Callum dyed his hair blue and the collecting and fundraising went on throughout the holidays. Callum raised a massive £350 which is an amazing feat for someone so young. We would like to express our thanks and a huge well done on your efforts Callum.

January 2017 we were also notified that Callum’s brother Tyler had taken it upon himself to save his pocket money up and get the charity logo put on his entire teams strip. Tyler is a keen rugby player and plays for Hull Docker’s under 12’s. The team are firm supporters of the charity. Tyler wanted to do this for his little brother Callum, We have to say what an amazing pair of young men these guys are and we look forward to future surprises. Good luck to both boys in their endeavour and good luck to Hull Dockers for all future games and events.
